The 2022 sales figures have been finalized and we are delighted to report that Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty was the number one real estate firm in Concord and Lincoln! In total, our agents listed 66 homes in Concord and sold 57 for a total of 123 transactions, 44% more than our nearest competitor. Our Lincoln office listed 16 homes in the town, more than twice as many as any other office, and their total sales volume was almost double the #2 office at over $28m. Our success continued in other areas, with our offices ranking in the top three in Acton, Bedford and Lexington.
