Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the acquisition of The Presti Group Inc. and its Stoneham office, bringing award-winning REALTOR® Marie Presti and her established team into the locally owned brokerage. The move expands Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty’s footprint north of Boston and unites two organizations known for their strong client relationships and commitment to community.
For more than 25 years, Presti has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to buyers and sellers navigating some of life’s most significant transitions. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong negotiating skills, she has guided hundreds of clients through successful real estate transactions across Greater Boston. As founder and owner of The Presti Group, with a long-standing presence in Stoneham and Newton, she has built and led a successful independent brokerage serving Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire. She will continue to lead The Presti Group within Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty, maintaining her team’s distinct identity and client-first approach.

She has been featured in regional media as a real estate expert and currently serves in national and regional leadership roles within the REALTOR® organization.
Presti is actively involved in community organizations and has taught more than 150 courses through community education programs. Known for her ability to mentor and develop agents, she looks forward to supporting training and professional development within Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty.
